At DPM, we believe in the power of community and the impact we can make together.
At DPM, we prioritise wellbeing throughout the year, focusing on physical, mental, social, and financial health. Leading up to R U OK Day, we dedicate an entire week to Wellbeing Week, filled with enriching activities. Check out what we got up to!
Our Melbourne and Sydney offices, nestled near the serene Botanical Gardens and Hyde Park, provided the perfect backdrop for our team’s lunchtime strolls to rejuvenate and recharge.

Back by popular demand, we arranged for massage therapists to visit both offices, booking out within minutes—underscoring the importance of self-care and relaxation.
To enhance personal and professional resilience, a group of DPM employees participated in a highly sought-after training workshop on optimizing performance under pressure. Due to its popularity, we’ve scheduled additional sessions in the coming months.

On R U OK Day itself, we started the morning with a delightful spread of nutritious breakfast options, fostering a warm atmosphere where colleagues could connect and check in with each other—a true embodiment of the R U OK Day spirit. We also hosted a virtual event led by an external professional, educating our team on the essentials of supporting others, exploring the background of R U OK, and emphasising early intervention in mental health.
Wrapping up the week, we celebrated Wellbeing Day, encouraging all staff to set aside work and focus on activities they enjoy. From gardening and weekend getaways to leisurely brunches and well-deserved sleep-ins, it was a day dedicated to personal rejuvenation and self-care.

At DPM, wellbeing isn’t just a concept—it’s a commitment we uphold through proactive initiatives and a supportive workplace culture that values the holistic health of our team members.
