Mick joined DPM in 2026, bringing over 18 years’ experience in professional services across property, advisory, and business transformation. He has worked with privately held firms to build the strategy, systems, and structures needed to scale, delivering sustained, profitable growth and the leadership foundations that make it last. Mick is known for creating clarity in complex environments, aligning teams, cutting through competing priorities, and keeping focus on what actually moves the needle. Outside work, Mick is a husband and father of two who spends his weekends coaching his kids’ footy and basketball teams, which has taught him more about leadership and management than any course.
