Dan is a Sports and Exercise Medicine Specialist. He is the Managing Director of “Back, Neck and Joint”, and the former Managing Director at Metro Pain Group, Monash Clinical Research and is the Board Chairman at Monash House Private Hospital. Dan works full-time with people suffering from back, neck and joint pain (thus the clinic name). Prior to this he has worked extensively in Sports Medicine and for multiple professional and national sporting teams. He was the head doctor at Australian Football League teams Melbourne and North Melbourne.
He got interested in chronic pain because of his personal experience with his mum, who has had 4 spinal operations and a lifetime of pain. He also became interested as his waiting lists grew. It meant that anyone that was able to wait, was suffering chronic pain. Once that happened, he needed some new solutions to care for his patients.
His research career has been broad, covering exercise-induced asthma, examination techniques, biologics, osteoarthritis, chronic pain, and neuromodulation. He lectures nationally and internationally regularly, has three kids, and has the world's most tolerant wife.

Dr Amber Hart is a GP and Lactation Consultant who obtained her medical degree at The University of Melbourne in 2005. Over the following years she developed a keen interest in Women’s Health and completed her Diploma of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and subsequently her Fellowship of General Practice. These qualifications allow her to support women through pregnancy, birth and the post-partum period in a holistic way, while at the same time nurturing her own family.
Amber is passionate about maternal and infant wellbeing and noticed a gap in breastfeeding education and support, both professionally and personally which led to her becoming qualified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). In order to fully support families through their early years she has also undertaken further training in infant sleep and settling and obtained accreditation as a Neuro-protective Developmental Care Practitioner through The Possums Clinic.
Amber is a mother of three precious daughters, all of whom she breastfed, and is in a unique position to combine her extensive medical knowledge with her own personal and practical experience to optimize the wellbeing of mothers and babies at this special time.

Associate Professor Chun Yew Fong is a Melbourne-based haematologist and co-founder of Eastern Haematology & Oncology Group, where he provides comprehensive specialist care across the spectrum of malignant and benign haematological disorders. In private practice, he combines patient-centred clinical care with a structured and sustainable approach to practice growth, referral engagement and multidisciplinary team leadership. He consults in Heidelberg and at Adeney Private Hospital in Kew, with admitting rights at Warringal and Adeney Private Hospitals, and is known for clear communication, practical management plans and strong GP partnerships.
Alongside his private practice, A/Prof Fong is Medical Lead for Acute Leukaemia and Myelodysplastic Syndromes at Austin Health and an Associate Professor in Medicine at the University of Melbourne. After completing specialist training, he undertook a PhD at the University of Cambridge and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, receiving national prizes for his research into the epigenetic drivers of relapsed acute myeloid leukaemia. He remains actively involved in clinical trials and national collaborative research initiatives.
He has had a long-standing professional relationship with DPM, who have supported the strategic development and financial structuring of his private practice. Through this experience, he brings practical insight into the realities of transitioning from public hospital employment to private practice, including fee setting, financial consent, staffing, governance, risk management and sustainable growth.
