The biggest event on DPM’s social calendar lit up Collins Place this July!
We brought together both our Sydney and Melbourne offices and our interstate teammates for an afternoon of connection, reflection, and celebration. It’s not often we get everyone in the same room, which made it all the more special to shine the spotlight on our people – the legends who make DPM what it is.
We kicked things off by celebrating 25 incredible individuals and their service milestones, from our COVID-era 5-year super stars through to Edith Deak’s remarkable 30 years with DPM.
A special shout out to our Sydney team, who recently marked their 10 year anniversary. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to building and shaping DPM Sydney over the last decade, and especially to Maryke who has been there from day dot (and well before!)
The highlight of the day, was of course, the Stellar Awards. These awards recognise individuals who truly embody the values that make DPM unique – exceptional communicators and natural leaders who inspire collaboration across the whole business, generous team players who consistently go above and beyond, hard working professionals who deliver with integrity and respect, and those who bring their individuality and energy to work each day, creating a positive impact in their teams and across the firm.
