I recently had to submit an insurance claim through DPM. After an initial very difficult start with another team member, and 3 months of stressful emails and calls to the insurer, Serena took over. We initially went through DPM for our accounting and tax needs, but later discovered they also have an in-house mortgage broker, Naomi. She has been incredibly diligent and professional throughout the entire process.
