I recently had to submit an insurance claim through DPM. After an initial very difficult start with another team member, and 3 months of stressful emails and calls to the insurer, Serena took over. Within 48 hours my claim was sorted and paid. Serena was empathetic, incredibly helpful and achieved a result where I had almost given up. She has been incredibly diligent and professional throughout the entire process.
