It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since we opened the doors to our new Melbourne office space at 412 St Kilda Road. In just twelve months, this space has become more than just a place to work—it’s been a hub of innovation, collaboration, and countless memories that we’ll cherish for years to come.
From day one, our new office represented a fresh beginning, a chance to embrace new technology and modern ways of working. We introduced hybrid offices, blending open-plan areas with focus rooms and a library space, providing our team with flexibility and choice in how they work.
Of course, no modern office is complete without the latest gadgets, and we’ve certainly had our fun with them. From the Sonos sound system, providing the soundtrack to our workdays, to the new coffee machine (which we underestimated just how much coffee we’d be consuming.)
Our office has also been about much more than just work. It’s been a place for celebration, collaboration, and community. We’ve launched new software, welcomed new team members, and hosted monthly breakfasts that have become the highlight of many of our mornings.
As we marked our one-year milestone, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to celebrate in style. We invited the entire office to “Eat Cake and Celebrate” on a Friday afternoon. It was a chance for everyone to come together, indulge in a slice of the biggest cake we could find, and raise a glass to toast to many more years of success at our Melbourne office.
As we look ahead to the future, we’re excited for all the possibilities that lie ahead and grateful for the memories we’ve already made. Here’s to many more years of growth, innovation, and success at 412 St Kilda Road.
