Wellbeing Week at DPM is all about forming connections with others, making time to look after our bodies and minds, and improving our overall wellbeing. DPM Wellbeing Week 2022 featured both virtual and in-office activities, in line with our Hybrid Working Model.
We held yoga classes and lunchtime walks, breakfast smoothies with a live demonstration and a fascinating webinar on Stress Management, with advice on coping mechanisms and tips to find your inner calm.
Intentionally creating opportunities for connection and social interaction, we brought our people together in the office for a live guest speaker and lunch.
Psychologist and wellbeing practitioner Therese Sheedy, from Smiling Mind, spoke passionately about the power of mindfulness to improve sleep quality and work recovery. There was a great buzz following our guest speaker, with a delicious and nutritious lunch enjoyed by all.
DPM Wellbeing Week 2022 wrapped up with a company-wide day off on the Friday – an opportunity for everyone to switch off from work to pause and prioritise themselves.
